European Union 14 day cooling off period
If you belongs to the European Union, Norway, Iceland or UK, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you have to follow the steps here.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

IMPORTANT: We do not offer a return shipping label, you must create one yourself. You are also responsible for the shipping cost. When returning, you are responsible for the risk of the item and we recommend that you send the package with tracking.

Refunds for received and approved returns will be made within 30 days, in the event of an invalid return we will contact you via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In this case, please contact us at the link here. You can get prepared by taking clear pictures of the damage/fault and also write a clear description of the issue(s) with the product(s) or print.

The right of complaint applies to defects that can be traced back to the production of the product and therefore does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.

If we deem the item faulty you will be provided a full refund of the price of the product including the shipping cost. We will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If you want a new or another product you have to make a new order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
