In countries belonging to the European Union, free trade prevails, which means that taxes and VAT are included in the customer's order.
For the rest of the world, EU hubs are used. Please note that any import related costs will be directed to the end-customer. The costs depend on order value, country specific limits for importation and the product itself.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. H Body is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We offer free shipping on orders above 1400 SEK (approx. 128 EUR).

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, we would like you to contact us immediately at support@hbody.co. We cannot guarantee that we can stop an order that has already been placed. If this is not possible, we will inform you by email and in such case encourage you to make a return via the link here. After a possible return, you need to place a new order if you want a new product.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to make a return, you are responsible for ensuring that the package reaches us at H Body and you are responsible for the shipping costs yourself. Please read more about this here.
